How does Sentri7 work?
Sentri7 is a software as a service (SaaS) web-based platform that pulls information in real-time from your disparate hospital information systems, stores, and analyzes it to assist you in making decisions. You can use preconfigured clinical rules or set up your own that notify healthcare personnel about intervention opportunities.

Sentri7 outperforms the competition and is built around your clinical and administrative responsibilities.

No ongoing in-house IT support needed. Sentri7 is the only product of its kind that is delivered entirely as a software as a service (SaaS) offering. This means that your IT department does not need to purchase or maintain any on-site servers or task team members to support the application. All you need is a reliable Internet connection, a VPN with feeds, and nothing else. You can also create simple to complex ad-hoc rules independently, without involving an IT analyst or Sentri7 staff member.

Auto upgrades. Always. Because you access Sentri7 on our secure servers through the Internet, you will always be using the most current version of the software. The days of being out of date and needing to implement costly and time-consuming upgrades are a thing of the past. Log in and rest assured that you are using the most current application on the market.

Fast implementation. In as little as three months, you can move from purchasing a subscription for Sentri7 to using the software. During the implementation, our clinical specialists build the interfaces that pull information from your existing ADT, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, and surgery records using secure VPN technology and HL7 data feeds. Our specialists will initially work with your IT staff to get you started. We offer prebuilt rules and also train you how to build your own.

System-wide and individual customization. Whether you are part of a multihospital system, a critical-access hospital, or anything in between, clinicians have similar processes that guide the way they go about their work. But each of them has just a slightly different way to get work done. You can customize Sentri7 to mirror your system-wide and individual workflows. Though your processes may differ from those of your colleagues in another department or facility, the information will be standardized within the Sentri7 platform for aggregate data analysis.

Defeat downtime. Because Sentri7 collects and stores all your systems' data within our platform, it can be used as an alternate to your disparate hospital systems during downtime. You can access Sentri7 through the Internet and continue seeing data from your other systems that was captured before they went down.

Continuity of care. Ensure that the team of clinicians taking over once your shift ends knows about the interventions you initiated that need further monitoring. As you are doing your work, simply flag those patients that require follow up. A list will immediately appear at the start of the next shift to help guide efforts.

Straightforward pricing. There are no secrets in a great relationship! We want to partner with you for the long run and to earn your trust, we are transparent with our pricing so that you are in control of your expenses. We charge for the initial implementation and then an annual subscription fee which is based on your number of admissions -- all agreed to up front. That's all. Best of all, there is never a charge for ongoing user support and we encourage you to call on us to help seek out ways to best use Sentri7 to reach your goals.
